Organizatonal
- During the seminar, a summary paper ("Ausarbeitung") and an oral presentation shall be prepared by each participant. The paper is expected to be prepared using the Latex system. For the presentation, you can use a system of your choice. Paper and presentation can be composed in German or English.
- Presentations will be held as a block seminar towards the end of the lecture period (tentatively planned on 29-31 July 2026). Every participant is expected to be present during all talks.
- Each presentation should have a length of 35 minutes (plus discussion).
- The summary paper dicsusses the topic, model, and research question, the main result(s) as well as important ideas of the analysis in your own words.
- The summary paper should have a length of 8 A4 pages (excluding references and figures, single line spacing, 11pt font size, 2-3cm margins).
- For preparation and clarification, please coordinate at least one meeting with your mentor by the beginning of May.
- The summary paper is to be submitted to your mentor by 31 May 2026. The complete slides are to be submitted to your mentor by 8 July 2026.
