We negotiated special room rates for participants of SAGT 2013 in the hotels listed below. However, the number of rooms available for the cheaper prize is limited and booking before a cutoff date is required. Please name "SAGT 2013" as keyword when booking your room to ensure you get the discounted rate.

- Aquis Grana Cityhotel, special room rate is 89 Euro per night including breakfast, available until 2nd of september.
- Hotel "Am Marschiertor", special room rate is 69 Euro per night including breakfast, available until 14th of october.
- Hotel Ibis Aachen Hauptbahnhof, special room rate is 71 and 75 Euro (depending on the day) including breakfast, available until 8th of september.
- Hotel Ibis Aachen Marschiertor, special room rate is 67 Euro per night including breakfast, available until 23rd of september.
